Born in Bologna in 1992, Michele Grifa is a Lawyer and Labour Consultant.

He graduated in Law from Bocconi University in Milan and was admitted to practise as a lawyer before the Milan Court of Appeal in September 2019. In December 2021, he also qualified as a Labour Consultant after successfully passing the State Examination held before the Labour Inspectorate of Bologna. He subsequently attended the two-year postgraduate programme in Employment Law organised by AGI (Italian Labour Lawyers Association), successfully completing the final examination.

Before joining the Firm, Michele began his professional career at a leading law firm in Milan.

He primarily advises clients on employment contracts, disciplinary matters, dismissals, corporate reorganisations, business acquisitions and transfers of undertakings. His practice also includes employment and social security advisory services, preparation of legal opinions and employment due diligence, as well as the management of employment disputes in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Michele is the author of several articles published in the specialist labour law journal Guida al Lavoro, published by Il Sole 24 Ore.

He has also acted as a speaker at labour law conferences listed in the “Publications” section of this website.

From 2023 to 2026, he served as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Bologna Association of Labour Consultants.

He was a board member and is a founding member of the Bologna Association of Young Labour Consultants.

 

Michele is also a member of AGI – Italian Labour Lawyers Association.
