GIONATA GRIFA
Born in Bologna in 1958, Gionata Grifa is the Founder of the Firm.
He graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and has been admitted to practise as a Labour Consultant since 1989. Over the course of his career, he has become a trusted adviser to entrepreneurs, professionals and HR executives, assisting small, medium-sized and large companies throughout Italy, as well as leading professional firms.
In addition to providing day-to-day employment and labour consultancy services, he has advised clients on complex corporate transactions, including extraordinary corporate operations and stock exchange listings, with particular responsibility for employment law matters. He also served for many years as a Court-Appointed Expert before the Employment Division of the Civil Court of Bologna and continues to act as a Party-Appointed Expert on behalf of companies and private clients in employment-related disputes.
